Pool care

Looking after a pool

There is nothing for sale on this site. We have no pool-care supplier, so there is no catalogue, no price and no checkout — just neutral guides to the three things owners buy most, and a list we email once when there is something real to buy.

Why there is no shop yet

A product only goes on this site once a supplier is contracted with written trade prices, dispatch times, returns terms and permission to use their photos — and once a real price exists in Stripe. Until all of that is true, showing you a product card would be showing you something we cannot send. Chlorine and pool acid are excluded regardless: they are dangerous goods for courier transport.

Tell me when there is something to buy

One email, when there is. No newsletter, and nothing sold or shared.

No money is taken and no card is asked for: there is nothing to sell yet. We email once, when there is.

Questions

Can I buy anything on this site?

Not yet. There is no supplier, so there is no catalogue, no price and no checkout. These pages are buying guides, and the buttons put you on a list we email once when that changes.

Will you sell chlorine or pool acid?

No. Chlorine and acid are dangerous goods for courier transport. If they ever appear here it will be because a supplier ships them directly under its own dangerous-goods compliance, and the page will say so plainly.

Are there affiliate links on these pages?

No. We checked the affiliate programmes of the robotic cleaner brands people ask about and none that we could read pays commission on New Zealand sales. If that ever changes, the link will carry a sponsored tag and a line in the same paragraph saying we are paid.

Why won't you tell me a chemical dose?

Because a dose depends on the product's own label and your pool's actual volume and readings, and we have no supplier and therefore no labels to quote. Follow the label on what you own, or take a sample to a pool shop.
